What is the ideal Express Entry candidate?

• 1.Be under 30 years old.
• 2.Hold at least two Bachelor's degrees or a Master's degree.
• 3.Be able to demonstrate moderate to high English and/or French language proficiency (Canadian Language Benchmark [CLB] level nine or higher)
• 4.Have at least three years of skilled work experience.
